Registered Nurse
Description:
- Applicants must have a devotion to providing quality nursing care, enjoy their independence, be self-motivated and desire a rewarding career
- Make initial patient assessment visits, identify physical and emotional needs, use the nursing process to determine the best approach
- Establish patient care plan and implement the care.
- Regularly re-evaluate the patient care and revise the plan of care as indicated and needed.
- Change dressings, irrigations, catheter care and wound care.
- Additional Nursing procedures: IV, therapy, TPN, GT, NGT, O2, trach care, colostomy care, injections, venipuncture.
- Administer medication.
- Evaluate medication therapy and side effects.
- Assist in patient's rehabilitation.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Good organizational and leadership skills are required.
Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Experience:
1 year experience preferred but not necessary
Licensure:
Current licensure in the State of Nevada.

$45,000.00 to $75,000.00 Annualy

Physical Therapist
Description:
To administer physical therapy services that relate directly to an active written treatment plan established by physician after consultation with the therapist and patient, that will restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability to patient's following disease, injury or loss of body part.
Function:
- Make assessment visit and prepare written plan of treatment after consultation with physician.
- Perform ROM tests, measurements, and evaluate potential progress.
- Established maintenance programs.
- Implement restorative therapy for those with significant potential.
- Instruct, motivate and assist patient in non-manual exercise such as active.
- Administer traction and messages, evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthesis and other orthotic device.
- Observe and report to nurse and doctor the patients’ treatment, response and progress.
- Instruct other caregiver and family member how to work with patient.
- Instruct and supervise the physical therapy assistant on site at least.
Responsible to:
Director of Patient Services, Primary Nurse and indirectly to Administrator.
Responsible for:
- Accepting patient referrals from health agency staff.
- Making assessment and prepare written treatment program.
- Attending and participating in in-service education programs and quality assurance conference.
- Documenting progress notes of each visit and timely submitted for clinical record at least weekly.
Special Demands:
- Must work in homes without direct supervision with realization that errors or accidents may have serious consequences for patients.
- Must use good judgments in recognizing sign and symptoms of unusual reaction to treatments or in relevant concerns of patient care.
Risks:
Category III - Low risk
Education:
Must be a graduate of a therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or Council on Medical Education and hospitals of American Medical Association.
Experience:
Experience is preferred but not necessary.
Licensure:
Must be a currently licensed physical therapist by the State of Nevada.
