Certified Nursing Assistance (CNA)

A Case Manager is assigned to each patient and works with the physician to supply the patient with all services required. The Registered Nurse coordinates all care, supervises the ancillary staff and is on-call for problems, should they arise. Caring Nurses, Inc.'s trained, professional staff is committed to:

- Restore the patient's health.
- Maintain and preserve the patient's functional abilities and independence and minimize disabilities.
Recent discharge from hospital or extended care facility, recent injury, accident or surgery, multiple diagnoses/complications, high risk disorders, frequent hospitalizations, acute episodes of chronic disorders, terminal illness treatments and catheters or tube feeding are all qualifications for home health care nursing and therapy.
Our agency will provide comprehensive quality care to individuals and families in their home environment.
Our well trained, professional staff is committed to provide the highest level of care, in order to restore the patient's health, to maintain and preserve their functional abilities and independence and to minimize disabilities. Patients do not have to be hospitalized to qualify for home health care services.
